Trip to Italy

Well, it's been an interesting month, with our trip to Italy. We flew into Milan (thank goodness for those Delta Skymiles we accumulated!) and then spent most of the week in lovely Cinque Terre. I highly recommend it for anyone wanting to relax and explore at a leisurely pace and especially for those who love wine, cheese, and pesto! I also came back full of inspiration, with lovely photos and memories to work from. I'm already beginning my first painting!

I have been invited to participate in an exhibition in Newport News with Phil Rea Inc. which does home remodeling. I will be exhibiting at least 5 paintings in their showcase area. I hope they like Italian Riviera scenes...
